FLOW Consortium Meeting Held in Madrid

On 20 April 2026, the FLOW consortium gathered at the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy office in Madrid for a Consortium Meeting, bringing partners together to review progress across the project's technical, communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities.

The day opened with updates on upcoming communication actions and the launch of the exploitation workshop, setting the tone for a meeting focused on both technical progress and the practical steps needed to carry FLOW's results forward. This was followed by a series of technical sessions covering WP4, WP5, WP2, WP3, and WP1, each led by the partners responsible for that strand of the project's work.

Across these sessions, partners reviewed progress on the FLOW tools, wake model validation, and turbine performance under wake and blockage conditions, alongside updates on project management, data management, and risk planning.

A dedicated Exploitation Workshop, organised by INOVA+, collected partner input for the update of the Exploitation Activities Roadmap. The session focused on FLOW's key exploitable results, value propositions, market potential, maturity, possible exploitation routes, IPR considerations, stakeholder uptake, and post-project exploitation actions, helping the consortium sharpen its thinking on how FLOW's outputs can find their way to the market and the wider industry once the project concludes.

The meeting closed with a General Assembly and a discussion on next steps, helping the consortium align on the remaining work and prepare for the project's final phase.
